The Dorwatcher alarm unit is a simple solution to stop refrigerated hinged & sliding doors being left open for long periods of time. Open doors cause an increase in power usage, damage to food products and create a strain on refrigeration units which will reduce the life-span of your equipment. This battery powered unit does have a fault indicator which will alert you that the batteries are getting low.
