Description

The CRH-1000 Pressure Relief Valve is suitable for freezers & blast freezers to -450C. The CRH-1000 is a heated, mechanically operated valve with 2 water tight mobile flaps allowing airflow in either direction.

A powdercoated aluminium grille is fitted to each flange end to prevent rodents etc from entry.

The Valve body is within a 300mm x 300mm square mounting flange which allows simple fixing to the freezer wall. The back body and flange can be trimmed to suit 150mm,200mm and 250mm thick walls.

Both front and back sections are manufactured from injected moulded polycarbonate material.

The inlet and exhaust flaps seal on a neoprene diaphram.

The heating element is a 33 watt/meter self regulating heater cable 240 watt 10 Deg

 

0C with a 3 core neutral, active and earth facility. Power termination ends are fitted for easy installation.
