To track the shipment of your products please use the consignment number previously emailed to you and check on your couriers website.

 

 

When placing an order with us we provide the following delivery options:

 

1) CRH’s Courier

 

CRH will select & invoice you for the most cost effective transport method depending on the characteristics of your order from the following options:

3kg & 5kg Airbags:
-These are for small orders that meet the size & weight restrictions. Delivery is generally next day to major centres but may be 2 – 5 days to remote areas and the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.

Road Express:
-CRH has a variety of road transport providers that it uses dependant on their specialist services. Delivery times are generally 1 – 3 days excluding Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland which may take 4 – 10 days.

 

2) Customers Courier

 

If you select this option you simply need to supply us with your Courier’s Name, Booking Phone Number and your account number in the boxes provided in the shipping section. When your order is ready our staff will arrange collection for you.

Please Note:
-Terms of carriage are deemed to be Ex-Works when the customers own courier is used and CRH will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods.
-CRH will not be responsible for any charges incurred from the customers’ courier. Should CRH incur any costs from the customers nominated courier these costs will be added to the customers’ credit card or credit account.

 

3) Pick Up

 

Should you wish to collect your order from our Moorabbin warehouse tick the appropriate box and we will advise you when it is ready. Our address is:
